Stewardship Services is responsible for providing resources and technical guidance to area landowners and land managers to assist them in conservation and management goals.
We accomplish this by:

• Providing land management guidance and opportunities to landowner partners when evaluating and planning habitat restoration or enhancement activities.
• Working with conservation partners to determine opportunities for collaboration on grassland and riparian restoration/enhancement projects.
• Providing educational opportunities/training to Trans-Pecos landowners and conservation partners through workshops, field days, and seminars.
• Providing training to landowners and mineral owners so that they have the knowledge and skills needed to manage their mineral and renewable assets.
• Coordinate directly with BRI Habitat Research and Management/West Texas Native Seeds (WTNS) faculty and staff to effectively leverage available resources for conservation efforts on private lands.
