Caleb serves as a GIS Specialist for Borderlands Research Institute. His responsibilities include spatial data analysis and programming support for big game research and development operations at BRI.

Caleb comes from the small town of Grandview near Fort Worth, Texas. He earned an Associate’s degree from McLennan Community College before moving to Alpine to earn his BS in Range and Wildlife Management from Sul Ross State University. He then joined BRI as a graduate student, earning his MS in Range and Wildlife Management at Sul Ross State University. His thesis focused on the spatial behavior and survival of scaled quail in the Trans-Pecos.
